This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for content that has been shared by other users.

7. Anonymous Posting Disclaimer

Regarding our anonymous posting feature in local groups:

• We are not responsible for the content of anonymous posts
• The "chip reveal" system is a gamification feature, not a security guarantee
• We disclaim all liability for any consequences of revealed identities
• Users participate in the reveal system at their own risk
• We may modify or discontinue this feature at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any content posted by you or other users
• Any interactions between users
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any third-party conduct or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ItsJustSocial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Posting inappropriate or illegal content
• Abusing other users or the platform
• At our sole discretion for any reason

You may also terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
